This Agreement (the \u201cAgreement\u201d) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of www.cadmotica.com (the \u201cSite\u201d). The Site is operated by Matteo Giordani under the brand named cadmotica (\u201cCADMOTICA\u201d), a CAD Design, and Technology Services firm based in Italy. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms, including any modifications that may be made. Through our Site, we offer access to information on these services and facilitate communication between CADMOTICA and its clients and partners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Invoices are issued electronically, and payments method includes PayPal and Bank Transfers.<\/li>\n\n
    • Refunds are only issued under specific conditions, such as non-delivery of work or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.<\/li>\n\n
    • Once project work has begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.<\/li>\n\n
    • Payments must be made in full before project delivery unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n
